What is a
Health Coach?
Health coaches have a wealth of knowledge about health, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine, (so does Google!) but that’s not what sets them apart.
Health coaches are agents of change. They help their clients discover their “why” and define their goals. They help identify roadblocks and implement strategies to overcome them. Health coaches provide support and accountability without judgment. They empower their clients to become experts on themselves and to live their healthiest, most abundant lives. Sustained behavior change can be hard, but health coaches are trained to make it easier and more manageable.
