Below is a sample of health coaching programs. There is a tremendous amount of flexibility built into these designs, allowing us to customize based on your unique needs.
Reboot Program - 3 Months
A relatively short but focused program where we will dive into your goals and any roadblocks you encounter. We will implement short term changes to set you up for long term success.

• Two 50-minute one-on-one sessions per month
• Session summaries that call out action items and key notes
• Unlimited email support between sessions
• Depending on the client’s specific needs and goals, other ad hoc services such as:
o Meal planning support
o Recipe suggestions
o Grocery lists
o Pantry Makeover
Transformation Program - 6 Months
In this program we will define goals, identify roadblocks, and implement positive changes over a sustained period. We can observe what works best, discuss challenges, and pave the way for long term wellness. This time frame gives us the opportunity to “test” our changes through life events, holidays and more.
